Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Manage and coordinate all shipping activities at the China production site, including dock-to-flip processes and final shipment to customers within China

• Ensure smooth execution of dock management (receiving, staging, and flipping/loading) and shipping workflows aligned with Headquarter standards
  保证仓库的管理（收货、分拣、上下货架、上下货）以及发货流程能总部保持一致。

• Collaborate closely with production, quality control, warehouse, and transport teams to guarantee timely and damage-free handling of sensitive measuring instruments
  与有关部门（如生产部、质量部、仓库、运输公司等）紧密合作，确保及时、无损处理公司测量仪表。

• Pre-packing and packing. Ensuring compliance with defined packaging standards
  负责产品预包装、包装工作。 确保包装符合确定的包装标准

• Coordinate with the Headquarter Shipping & Customs Management Team to meet customer-specific requirements and shipment schedules
  与总部发货及客户管理团队协调以保证满足客户特定的需求以及发货时间

• Oversee and coordinate with Headquarter the external service providers such as freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers ensuring compliance with international and local regulations
  监督、协调总部第三方服务提供商如货代、运输公司、报关行等确保符合国际、国内的规定

• Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary shipping documentation
  准备、确认并管理所有必要的运输文件

• Optimize packaging and loading processes to minimize transit damage risk while maintaining cost efficiency
  在保持成本高效的同时优化包装、上下货等流程减少运输受损的风险

• Implementing continuous improvements to meet quality and service targets
  落实持续改进满足质量和服务的目标

• Lead, train, and develop the local shipping and dock operations teams with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  带领、培训、发展本地团队，聚焦高效运行和客户满意

• Maintain regular communication with Headquarter teams to ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and alignment with global logistics strategies
  与总部团队保持日常沟通确保合规、精确汇报并于全球物流战略保持一致

Qualifications and Requirements 资格及要求

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or related fields
  物流、供应链管理、工程或相关专业的大学学历

• Moe than 5 years’ experience in shipping/logistics, preferably in manufacturing of instruments or other sensitive/high-value products
  有五年以上仓库管理物流等相关经验，仪器仪表或其它高价值产品的制造业工作经验优先

• Practical experience managing dock-to-flip (dock management, staging, loading) and shipping processes
  有实际管理仓库全过程的经验（例如收货、分拣、上架、发货等）

• Strong knowledge of international and domestic shipping, customs regulations, and export compliance
  非常了解国际、国内有关收发货、海关规定以及出口合规要求

• Fluent English
  英语熟练

• Prepared to step into a team leader position

• Proficiency with ERP systems and logistics/shipping software
  熟练使用ERP系统以及物流/发货软件

• High attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills especially in quality-sensitive environments
