岗位职责Job Responsibilities:

• 制定生产设备部的短期、中期和长期的预防性维护计划。
  Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term preventive maintenance plans for the Production Equipment Department.
• 根据各设备性能要求制定点检、保养计划（包括内容及时间安排），并根据相关要求制定设备校验计划，包含特种设备；
  Develop spot checks and maintenance plans (including content and schedule) based on the performance requirements of each equipment, and formulate equipment calibration plans according to relevant requirements, including special equipment;
• 执行分配的完整交钥匙维护/建设项目（即新生产设备的安装、建设项目等）；
  Implement the assigned complete turnkey maintenance/construction projects (i.e., installation, construction projects, etc. of new production equipment);
• 制定各设备操作作业指导书，并对现场操作工进行培训；
  Develop operation manuals for each equipment and provide training to on-site operators;
• 对重大设备故障进行维修，如有必要，联系供应商进行指导或维修，协助监督/管理外包承包商进行的所有工作，并从中获得经验。
  Conduct repairs for major equipment malfunctions, and if necessary, contact suppliers for guidance or repairs. Assist in supervising/managing all work carried out by outsourced contractors, and gain experience from it.
• 制定并不断完善设备维修报表，通过报表整理和分析机器设备及故障类别，跟踪设备维修进度；
  Develop and continuously improve equipment maintenance reports, organize and analyze machinery and equipment as well as fault categories through these reports, and track the progress of equipment maintenance.
• 建立并不断完善备件管理体系，对备件进行可追溯管理，并建立合理的安全库存；
  Establish and continuously improve the spare parts management system, implement traceable management for spare parts, and establish a reasonable safety stock;
• 对频发或重大影响的故障类别采取有效措施；对频繁更换，以及金额昂贵的备件更换，分析根本原因，彻底解决问题；
  Take effective measures for frequently occurring or significantly impactful failure categories; analyze the root causes of frequent replacements and expensive spare parts replacements, and thoroughly address the issues.
• 积累经验，并据此培养对即将出现的情况进行分类的能力，以确定解决流程中断的***且最快速的方法。
  Accumulate experience and, based on this, cultivate the ability to categorize upcoming situations, in order to determine the best and fastest method to resolve process interruptions.
• 根据具体情况，与三级内部及外部支持团队保持联系，如供应商、德国VEGA工程部以及德国VEGA维护部。
  Based on specific situations, maintain contact with the third-level internal and external support teams, such as suppliers, the German VEGA Engineering Department, and the German VEGA Maintenance Department.
• 制定并监督执行设备重大停机紧急预案；在专业监督下，协助进行大规模维修、改造以及新设备的安装工作。
  Develop and oversee the implementation of emergency plans for major equipment downtime; assist in large-scale maintenance, renovation, and the installation of new equipment under professional supervision.
• 确定所需更换部件，系统中启动部件采购流程。
  Identify the components that need to be replaced and initiate the component procurement process within the system.
• 提出设备及配套工装夹具，模具的改进方案，不断优化过程，提高质量和过程稳定性。
  Propose improvement plans for equipment, supporting fixtures, and molds, continuously optimize the process, and enhance quality and process stability.

关键能力Key competencies:

Hard skill

• 熟悉电气，液压系统工作原理以及日常维护；
  Be familiar with the working principles and daily maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems
• 有电机类设备的维修经验；具有CAD软件绘图或修改设备和工装设计的经验
  Experience in repairing motor-related equipment; experience in drawing or modifying equipment and tooling designs using CAD software；
• 熟悉西门子PLC编程，视觉系统原理(康耐视,基恩士)
  Familiar with Siemens PLC programming and vision system principles (Cognex, Keyence)；
• 被证实的降低MTBF/MTTR/DT%的经验
  Proven experience in reducing MTBF/MTTR/DT%；

任职资格Qualifications：

• 大专以上学历，机电、机械或机电一体化专业；
  College degree or above, major in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
• 至少3年工作经验，熟悉电气，液压系统工作原理以及日常维护；
  At least 3 years of work experience, familiar with the working principles of electrical and hydraulic systems as well as daily maintenance;
• 熟练掌握以下计算机软件程序：
  a) Microsoft Outlook
  b) Microsoft Excel
  c) 基本的Microsoft Office功能 Basic Microsoft Office functions
  d) Adobe Acrobat
  e) CAD
• 获得驾驶叉车的资格证书或取得相关认证
  Obtain a qualification certificate for driving a forklift or acquire relevant certification；
• 英语听说读写熟练
  Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
