岗位职责Job Responsibilities:

1. EHS合规:确保符合相关EHS法律、法规要求，符合EHS相关标准和客户EHS要求，定期对法律、法规、标准相关条款识别更新，并有效转化为内部制度监督运行；
EHS compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant EHS laws, regulations, and standards, as well as customer EHS requirements; regularly identify and update applicable laws and regulations, effectively integrated them into internal policies and procedures for monitoring and implementation.
2. 实施、维护EHS体系，符合国家相关法规和相关EHS标准以及公司标准。
Implement and maintain EHS management systems in compliance with applicable national regulations, relevant EHS standards and company’s standards.
3. 负责风险识别、评估和改进，降低安全风险。改善生产现场的职业健康安全，以满足职业健康安全标准和法规，保护员工的健康安全；
Carry out the risk identification, assessment & improvement to mitigate the risk, and meet all EHS requirements, safeguard employees' health and safety.
4. 定期组织和协调消防培训、检查、紧急疏散演习等，确保所有消防系统处于良好状态；
Regularly organize and coordinate the fire training, inspection and fire evacuation etc. to ensure the fire system in good condition.
5. 负责计划和组织EHS定期审核、检查和跟踪，以改善不符合项，制止安全违规行为；确保定期检查和风险评估的进行/记录/完成；
Plan, organize regular EHS inspection, audit & tracking. Rectify the non-compliance findings. All documents shall be recorded properly and timely.
6. 对员工和操作人员进行EHS 培训(三级教育)，增强员工的 EHS 意识；
Lead the training session to all employees and enhance their EHS awareness.
7. 确保事故和未遂事故得到调查；
Investigate any incident and near miss.
8. 负责特种设备的安全监督；危险化学品（易制爆、易制毒等化学品）管理制度制定，及定期检查；废水，废气，废弃物处理情况汇总。各类EHS台账的建立、收集、完善、整理。分析数据，落实持续改善。
Manage special equipment, chemicals, wastage and establish and track all data. Base on the data and carry out the continuous improvement.
9. 支持并提倡零事故的EHS文化
Supports and promotes zero incident EHS culture.
10. 通过建立EHS团队或委员会，能鼓励全员参与来共同完成每年的EHS设定的目标。
Supports EHS engagement through EHS teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.
11. 领导分配的其他任务。
Undertake other tasks assigned by leader.

任职资格Qualifications：

1. 本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程或相关专业；
Bachelor degree and above in Engineering (such as Environment, Safety or related discipline).
2. 3年以上EHS管理相关的工作经验；
Over 3 years of experience in EHS management position.
3. 持有注册安全工程师等相关证书优先；
Prefer registered Safety Engineer.
4. 有较强的书面和口头沟通能力，能用英语沟通交流。
Solid communications skills both written and verbal, ability to communicate in English
